With frame manufacturesincreasingly adopting disc brakes as the standard braking system on their frames, from minis and up, any wheel build you are considering should have a rear hub that has the ability to have a disc rotor to be bolted onto it. This will save you a bucket load down the track when you change a frame, and/or, open up your options on the next upgrade as you won’t be stuck with hub/wheel that you can convert to a disc brake.
