The S&M Turtleneck stem is the result of Clint Reynolds and Co. wanting to tweak the classic Challenger stem to suit their brand of riding. The Turtleneck is a 6061 T-6 aluminum CNC machined stem thats a hair longer and narrower, with an internal cutout that lightens it up.
