Referencing original drawings and specifications, the Redline by Kastan 401 Flight cranks set is built to original era specifications identified as a reissue by a small RBK stamping on the rear of the arm between the spindle boss and sprocket drive boss. The crank arm is produced from swaged 4130 chromoly steel with decal pockets stamped into both sides of the arm and a single pinch bolt installation system. The crank is currently available in 175 mm length.

The Redline X Flight 44-tooth sprocket is manufactured using CNC engraving to recreate the logos and surface design accurately. The spindle borehole diameter reverts to that of the original and mates with the double dimple Redline Spindle.

The Techmatic Sealed Bottom Bracket Set is machined using era-original specifications and supplied with the same Japanese IJK sealed airframe bearings that the assembly was designed and built around in the early 1980s.
